| Friday, September 23rd, 2033: Clay Holmes to Miss 1-2 Weeks
Clay Holmes and the Chicago White Sox got a bad break in today's game against the Tigers as the team confirmed he will miss 1-2 weeks with a damaged meniscus. The White Sox reliever suffered the injury throwing a pitch. The team doctor is confident he'll make a full recovery.
So far this year Holmes has 2 saves in 26 relief appearances with a 2-0 record and 4.87 ERA.

 | Sunday, September 18th, 2033: Robertson Gets Number 3000!
The day belonged to Daniel Robertson of the Texas Rangers as he became the latest player to reach the 3000-hit plateau. He did it in Texas's 9-5 win over Chicago.
"It's a moment I'll never forget," said Robertson after the game, "3000 hits is a lot. It puts you in a very select group. I never expected to be around long enough to reach a milestone like this."
He finished the day with 2 hits in 4 at-bats.
During his career Robertson has hit for a .340 average and totaled 3001 hits, 524 home runs and 1842 RBIs.
