Tuesday, September 19th, 2028: 5-Hit Barrage by Williams
Mike Williams exploded for a barrage of base hits today at Fenway Park II. The Boston left fielder had a field day in the 25-4 triumph over the Anaheim Angels, finishing up with a 5-6 day and a spot in the league record book.

"My hitting philosophy is pretty simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch."

Well, Williams must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too. It was one of his best days ever with the bat.

M. Williams singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off D. James in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.

Batting .326 to date, Williams has 18 home runs and 63 RBIs.
Tuesday, September 19th, 2028: Parsons on Rampage Against Angels!
There are moments in a player's career that are etched into their memories forever. Silas Parsons of the Boston Red Sox had one of those moments when he went 6 for 6 at the plate today in the 25-4 win over the Anaheim Angels at Fenway Park II.

The 28-year-old right fielder told reporters in the postgame interview, "This is a day I won't forget soon, but I'll settle to just get a hit or two every day...enough hits to hang around the league a little bit longer... like 10... 15 more years maybe."

S. Parsons singled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off D. James in the 7th and walked in the 8th.

For 2028 Parsons is batting .308 with 23 home runs, 106 RBIs and 114 runs scored.
